It is a group buy, We ran this type of sale some years ago (2015), And I always do my duty, change or refund. If the customer request, we change them one by one and cover 2-way shipping when the keycap has a problem. Many teams in this hobby run their business like this. I hope you can understand for us.

I mean, with more competitors entering the space, a lot of GBs have been getting cheaper. It's a good direction to be headed in

I like they mimic membrane tactile behaviour as I also have at office membrane Logitech G213 keyboard, so I like having consistent feedback from my keyboards :) Only drawback is that they are a bit louder than stock NX Red switches and it also makes RGB a bit more violet

Brian? He's fine. He's just bored and chillin' at the office. His "sister" is on the dog bed behind me (she will only begrudgingly share, but he likes to be at my feet anyway).
Heās kinda velcro.
At least he wasnāt flashing his junk (NSFW?)

You can see we shipped some GB and all raffle in time. Some complex design take more time than my expected

That's not an answer though. Why tell people you expect shipments in 90 days after the GB ends when you had no way to hit that target? You've run multiple raffles and GBs since Retro TV Galaxy Thieves closed, so it's clear you're oversubscribed and using GBs to pull in more funds while not delivering in a timely fashion.

Hey, you all said in your GB thread for the galaxy thieves retro TV series that you expected them to ship 90 days after the groupbuy. Here's the quote: "ThĆ GB expect to ship after GB close 90 days" and link to the comment itself directly: https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/ymzxgy/jelly_key_retro_tv_series_galaxy_thieves_groupbuy/iv71ua5/
It's been well over 90 days now since that GB closed and all I see is that the keycaps are "cooking." What's the ETA on those now?
Edit: Why are there so many JellyKey employees brigading these threads and downvoting any legitimate criticism of their stated timelines and failures to hit them?
Edit 2: okay, I went overboard saying itās JK employees downvoting. My bad on that. This was highly downvoted though for the first hour or so

So normally you wait about a year for these products? Can you share the quality info later?

Oh man I thought DSS Carpinteria was bad, that is just way off. I don't get how designers can look at the renders, compare that to the color samples, and not be aware that the renders (what 99% of people are buying based on) are completely off.

If you are posting a Review, Make sure you fully disclose any potential conflicts of interest such as whether you were sponsored for the product, received it for free, or sell similar products.
Guide posts should be novel to contribute to the community knowledge base - simple build / assembly videos should use photos flair, and reviews should use the review flair.
