My wife thought it was cool and I'm using that as an excuse to build one for her office 😂

Therein lies the problem (with all hobbies, I’d argue) 😂 The excitement and thrill wears off after a few short moments and before you know it you have 5 keyboards in half as many months 🥹 and the wallet sighs.

Thanks. As far as typing feel is concerned, this is my first gasket build and I am really enjoying how springy it is so far.

The one place I change it is on spacebar. I use silent switches on them. The rest would throw me off. Even sectioning the diff switches on F row, num row. I can still feel the difference and it isn't pleasant.
If you're doing it for Enter or Backspace and the end result is consistency, I think it's good. I find it too hard to get right so I didnt try it

Reply to comment by raijba in To wobble or not to wobble 🤔 Flaming Goat’s review of the Gat Mink says the stem wobble is bad so I’m just wondering what are other people’s thoughts/experiences as I do love a good clacky switch but HATE stem wobble. Thanks by BadPWG
Gotcha! I’m not much better than what you call yourself, so I don’t know much about filming. Thanks!

So many wrong answers. Why guess? Either you know and answer or don’t. It’s close to a full size but has no nav keys so is a 90-something. This specific layout is a 93% it seems as it is the Jojo m93.

Cirque trackpad , which I believe is inside a Steam Controller, is supported. There are projects like this already.
I already hacked a Pro Micro (not enough pins, rewired the matrix, reused LED pins, and freed spi pins for the purpose) and added a pimoroni trackball to one of my keyboards, but I want to try and use a trackpad.

If i am not mistaken QMK does not support trackpads. they do support digitizers.

If you can get one that is at most 3x3CM then it might work

I really like the color of this board. I’m new to the hobby and trying to find something like this in a full or TLK. Anybody know of one that isn’t 269 dollars for a barebones board?

I feel like it was a GMK gradient at one point. I think Signature plastics has also done a similar gradient.

I love how uniform this board is. It looks so neat 🤤
What switches did you use and is there a sound test coming soon?

Cheaper doesn’t always mean better. There’s a reason it costs less and it’s usually the quality.

It's made by cirque and there are quite a few builds with cirque trackpads so it's likely possible.
