I just got one of those! Needed one ready to use stock for my gaming setup but I wanted to be able to mod later. So far I love it, but I agree that the brown switches are not very tactile.

I'm very new to the whole keyboard world, but I know my space bar is ticky so I plan to play with stabilizers first. Then I want to try getting some new switches and lubing them when I have the money.

I got the Royal Kludge 84 with brown keys.

They are mushy. The dampeners used to silence them add some mush.

I ordered an RK84 last week. According to their website it should be hot swappable.

r/olkb and /r/ErgoMechKeyboards are more custom than /r/CustomKeyboards 99% of the time.

It is thankfully! You had me scared for a second… I got the rk84 with the brown switches because I needed that feedback on actuation. They don’t seem very tactile though. Kind of like the cherry mx browns I tried in a pc shop. What switches have more feedback please?

glad people are designing more southpaws, its a very niche layout and its very expensive to find one. if i didnt have my wyvern id purchase this cuz i love 75%!

I have the same one but it’s a 75%. I was disappointed when I realized it’s not hot swappable. I’d check to see if yours is, if not there’s not much you can change other than caps

At least it's my hardly used left fingers. Dont mind a bit to fo the finger dance to enter those 😄

It's just plain poor ergonomics though. Try pressing 0456+123 enter. Then do the same with your right hand. You'd have to move your hand so much more.

Coz I'm used to it? It's like a second nature. Don't even need to look since my left fingers know where are the number keys 😊

Hi, I’m the one who designed the set. This is something that comes up a lot and I’ve absolutely noticed that when taking pictures it loses a lot of its turquoise look and just looks straight up blue. The approved color sample I have in front of me definitely has the intended level of green to it so hopefully that will reflect when you get the set in hand.

I didn't know that! I'd say as of now they're my favorite switch.
