It does look good! Yea, new keycaps would look nice but I really think the issue is lighting. Get just some red lights going instead of the rainbow rgb and the aesthetic will be pulled together better

It's the lighting! I feel like it's a bit difficult to photograph because I've yet to see accurate photos of the set from other people either. The mods are indeed a bit darker than the renders, but just a tiny bit. I would say the set overall is around 98% accurate, the orange and light alphas are pretty much spot on. The mods are a smidge darker and slightly more cooler toned as well, which I personally like better as it gives off a "crisp wintery forest" feeling lol.

Manys recommended pudding. I will try!! And I think the light is one of reason too.

Saw several comments about pudding keycaps. All of the ones I've seen have shinethrough on top for the text, bit are for north facing rgb. Anyone have recommendations for a South facing set?

The case is fine, the keycaps look bad.
