Yeah, instructions on keyboard kits aren't really a thing oddly. Wow, box navies on that thing must be something else. I've heard it's a pretty ridged frame. It must feel and sound like typing on bullets. Would love to hear a sound test. Looks great too. Lighting makes the sides look black which looks cool.

Tokyo60 S4 Coyote with Kailh Navy box switches and - of course - Matt3o's MT3 Susuwatari keycaps. I also ordered the S4 BoB keycaps that appear in Drop's photos but will save them for now.

I haven't done anything except assemble the keyboard so far. Instructions on which screws go where would have been nice, but it seems to be ok.

Liking the HHKB layout although it's early days and I'm struggling with the location of the backspace key, but I'm sure I'll get it soon.

Then ABS has way better shine thru but if you use them alot, they get glossy so going for glossy finish is usually better for ABS.

That being said for example hyperX white pudding keycaps have exeptional shinethru but the black once dont and they both are PBT. if you want to mix keycaps, do not go for hyperX.

Funnily enough I also had a dream that at least “involved” a custom keyboard to a certain extent.

I was in my fathers room and had noticed a custom keyboard in some weird layout, likely a specific job use layout. My dad doesn’t work in a field that’d require that, so I had never “seen it before” even in my dream body.

I remember testing 2 of the stabilizers and everything, and they were pretty solid (enter had a tiny bit of rattle, and the right shift had none).

Very weird. The dream had nothing to do with keyboards, and that was only a small part, but that’s all I can vividly remember about it.

I lube switches every thursday while watching Critical Role playing dungeons and dragons live on twitch.

It's 4 hours plug intro and break so I can typically lube a full set of switches and if I have a board ready I can typically get stabs and the thing builds during one 4 hour long show.

Haha, I've had multiple dreams about keyboard when I was first getting into it, I dreamt of a brand new kind of switch, it had a dark blue upper housing and a black lower which were both made of shiny plastic, kind of like Lego. The shape of it, when viewed from above, in the shape of a diamond.
