I've got a royal kludge as well and love it. I put gateron silent switches in it and it's perfect for me. I use the Bluetooth to jump back and forth between work and personal pc all day.

You'll find your rhythm!
I just think it's super satisfying to have a perfectly clean keyboard and I thoroughly enjoy the process, so I do it a little more frequently :)

Got it. Thanks for the tip about brushes too! I was actually in a school supplies store the other day and was thinking of getting brushes for lubing, but I thought lube brushes are better.

Now you'll have to do that to all the others too. The difference in mass will change the acoustics on this one too much! I know, this is a whole new level of comedy.

Gorgeous! Which kits did you order the Alphas and Novelties or some of the others? Also I'm new to ordering group buy kits and can't seem to find those keys on any of the EU sites. Any advice?

I have the RK68. Even though I have a few more expensive and nicer boards I've found the RK68 being my daily driver. I've done a few mods and swapped stabs/switches/keycaps and just love it. Simple and gets the job done.
Have fun when you start modding it OP! This is a great one to learn with.

Yeah, I just use the thick krytox for stabilizers, but I guess in the long run dialectic grease would save a bit of money since you wouldn’t be using the super expensive krytox as much.
