OP: Ignore the people freaking out about this. Super Lube (grease, 21030) is totally fine for Cherry MX style switches as long as you only only apply a very thin coating (with a brush, like you did). It'll last longer than the oil kind since the grease doesn't evaporate as quickly (yes, it ever so slowly evaporates).

This is awesome. Looking forward to ThereminGoat as I'm old school like that.

What's wrong with Super Lube? It's just a slightly more slippery dielectric grease. That's the 21030 formulation which should work great.
I lube my stabs with that stuff and use the oil version (51004) on my switches. Of course, my switches are quite special haha

Yeah, I can imagine :D I put that one in a pretty logical place, even though it's not labelled: top right key, where it would be on a normal board. Since that's what I'm used to.
I've explained the whole 'weird keyboard thing' to colleagues. It's a completely different way of thinking about keyboards. You don't adapt your fingers to where the keys are, you adapt the keys to where you want them and where your fingers "expect" them to be.
I also set it up to do some wacky things compared to normal boards. For example, I use a work iMac and don't need the F-keys. So those aren't on the board. I also never use caps lock. So I didn't program that either. There ARE however two backspaces, two spacebars, but only a left pinky shift key, since I never use my right pinky for shift anyway. So that's where I put enter.
The end result is a board that tends to type pretty much like a normal board with very little fat, and some extra handy keys that I use often. When you type a LOT like I do, anything that helps productivity is pretty welcome.

Thanks to those who have purchased from me these past two years. From the beginning, I wanted to give this brand a life of its own and I've enjoyed the journey so far. I hope you all eventually enjoy what I have in the pipeline for next year.

Honestly, I don't understand how people can work on those shitty cheap Dell and Logitech keyboards my company provides.

My colleague wanted to check something on my work PC today. Tried to type on my Redox, couldn't find the backspace, surrendered.

Grabbed a GB extra from Daily Clack while they had stock. Called Busy Town. The colours pop even more IRL

Agreed. But sure am glad that the cables arrived safely considering the overall increase in shipping parcel damage, Since online shopping exploded during covid. They also double as fantastic protection while transporting keeb stuff to work and home, So they are definitely still being put to good use

Depends on where your located, but I grabbed it from Daily Clack when they had some extras in stock after GB. Called Busy Town. Hopefully some local vendors to you might have some.

Q3 is a solid board. I love mine! Later, you can try a force break mod and maybe change factory foam to a thicker one. This mods isn't mandatory and purely for discovering modding possibilities.
