There is no bullshit, I just don't want to deal with you if you're going to behave like a fucking clown.
Especially since it's a long amount of bullshit if I actually type out the detail and meat of it all. It's PARAGRAPHS and I'm not going to fuck with it if you're just going to go " Teehee TLDR; buy her shitty album on iTunes "
So here is the bare-bones NO DETAIL - NO EXPLANATION list of things.
- Sold out, stole someone else's image/look from hair to clothing and not even changing the poses during early era.
- Plagiarized music multiple times
- Lied about her past to get credibility / relatability from her " freak fans " to fit in as an outsider and has lied multiple other times.
- Has went OUT OF HER WAY to work with KNOWN, proven sex offenders to be controversial MORE THAN ONCE.
- Risked the safety of her assistants amongst known sex offenders.
- Was successfully sued for mistreating her assistants.
- Assistants have alleged she has tried to have them sleep in the same bed.

I love the music and see every concert of theirs I can, but Bono is an absolute dick. I hate how he will say he hates the English when playing on New York but never when playing in the UK, he won’t be honest to that crowd and let them judge his real feelings, the two faced arsehole.

It's probably my favourite of theirs. They were a big part of my twenties. I never cared for Nirvana but they were an important band for lots of reasons. Soundgarden were my guys and their music sounds as good now as it did back then. RIP Kurt and Chris ❤️

Reply to It is the end of 2022, what was your favorite album that came out this year? What album are you most looking forward to next year? by FYLBingB0ng
2022 faves-
Cecile McLorin-Salvant "Ghost Song", Mile Okazaki "Thisness", billy woods "Aethiopes"
2023 most anticipated:
IDK if Putrescine have an album planned, but they put out two splits and a single this year, and for their part it was some of the most interesting, forward thinking, Gorgutsy metal to released. If it's any indication of what they have planned on their next full release, it's going to be amazing.

Reply to Is AI a threat to music? by [deleted]
Art is the manipulation of tech, philosophy, and socialital values for esthetic practices. So, in general, no. Though, it will likely change what we perceive as art.
Van Gogh never would have happened without portable premixed paint, the shifting philosophical attitudes of the role of the working class at the time, and the expanding wealth of the middle class due to early industrialization.
In music, MIDI and sampling have been around for decades, and despite this, people still play instruments, but those tech advancements are driving forces for entire genres of music never before possible.
Technology is simply another tool, and AI is no different. It will, however, like all art, change and reflect how we perceive the world around us.

Saw Sammy live recently and Dave ten years ago. Sammy was by far the better showman today than Dave a decade ago. Sorry you hang on, but Dave sucks today.
Dave couldn’t remember the words to his own songs. Sammy released a new album this year that spanks.

Like I said, great technique. But as an actual sound does her voice have anything special about it? Or does it sound like plenty of other people and she just has more skill and ability with it?
and . . .you really want me to go into this?
If I do you're not going to be some super defensive Gaga stan who comes up with an excuse for everything and tries to make me out to be a hater when YOU asked? ( everytime I spill, someone gets defensive )
Because I stand by everything I'm going to say and they always want to argue with me to change my mind OR they want to deny everything because they like drinking the cult Koolaid. Which . . . they can do them? I don't care what someone I don't know is into or what they support.

Reply to Has any artist done all new songs on MTV Unplugged? by bloodraged189
I can do you better than just 1 new song, Lauryn Hill's Unplugged is entirely new songs. She's a complicated artist, especially when it comes to live performances, and it didn't lead to any hits but it's certainly unique.
Then there's also artists doing covers that wouldn't be released on any studio album, like Nirvana covering David Bowie's The Man Who Sold the World or Florence + The Machine covering Johnny Cash's Jackson (and bringing up Josh Homme from Queens of the Stone Age to duet for that song)
