I feel like I'm constantly recommending this for every situation but Jagged Little Pill, the whole album by Alanis Morisette is about being groomed and coming of age and a couple songs are directly about sexual trauma. It's also, IMO, the greatest single album of all time.

Not necessarily sexual but Hast Thou Considered the Tetrapod? by The Mountain Goats is about physical abuse and hits the vibe.

Held under these smothering waves By your strong and thick-veined hand But one of these days I'm gonna wriggle up on dry land

I forget the exact liner notes but this whole album, The Sunset Tree, is in a way dedicated to abuse survivors. It's a great album, the pain and indignation is palpable.

Good luck to you.
