It's like maybe most ppl were raised by fear and less care previously? And now we're overcaring about ourself by a lack of fear of the real world, oblivious how other people really think/feel that dont say? I don't think Pink Floyd would have direct involvement, but a stakeholder could have paid for marketing / social media exposure and this stirring controversy is one strategy used.

Most of the "woke" things being attacked by conservatives are astroturfed. At least when it comes to the viral propagation and amplification, especially by conservative "news".
