As somebody who has listened to all of their albums extensively, I can tell you that Ultra Mono felt like a fluke. Crawler is a return to form.

Everything they have put out of just amazing. They were my top bands of 2022, says Spotify. Their LPs are really good, too.

Joy as an act of resistance is a stone cold killer of an album. I didn’t enjoy ultra mono as much, but I haven’t checked this one out yet. Hoping it’s a banger.

The first time I smoked weed I was sitting in a couch in the garage and had my headphones in to listen to that album for the first time. It was transcendental, a memory I’ll never forget.
