The final track on the Phil Spector "A Christmas Gift For You" album....albeit not one that's quite as heartwarming to listen to these days as it may have seemed when it was first recorded.
Aside from that, there's the Flight of the Conchords S/t album which ends with a 22-second track called "Au Revoir".

I don't think it was their intention, but "Over Now" by Alice in Chains seems to fit.

Why reluctant to learn how to read sheet music? One thing does not subtract from another. By learning basic music theory and notes it is also easier to then play by ear because you “know” where the music is going. Music theory is logical, like math and once you learn it it’s gonna stay with you the rest of your life.

Goodbye to a world - Porter Robinson, “Worlds.”
If you can get at all into EDM that borders on the anime side, it is very much worth listening to the album.

Roger Hodgson on Supertramp’s Famous Last Words album, the closer is “Don’t Leave me Now”. It was his last album with the band;
“Don't leave me now, Leave me holding an empty heart, As the curtain starts to fall.
Don't leave me now, All alone in this crazy world, When I'm old and cold and grey and time is gone.”

‘Untitled’ at the end of Disintegration by The Cure. I believe at the time of the recording of the album Robert Smith believed it would be the last Cure record and so having it be a sort of goodbye to the listeners doesn’t sound too implausible to me.

27 Questions - Black Midi
The song is about a performer ending his own life on stage as his final goodbye to the audience, seems fitting

One thing I used to do was always have the guitar in hand and without thinking too hard on it, play along to the commercials while the TV was on.

Learn the chording, which is foundational to theory. Get used to intervals, 1st and 3rd, 1st and 5th, et cet. This will key your mind to know which note to play based on how it sounds. Play along with the radio or songs you like and experiment with playing with what they play and eventually, you will make up your own stuff to play along with. Playing by ear and improvisation are tightly connected.
