Horace Weston; considered one of the best banjo players of his time (late 1800’s) so good that (as a Black American man again in the late 1800’s) he was invited to personally perform for Queen Victoria.

I saw AC/DC with Bon Scott. It lives up to the hype. He was your hero within minutes. The whole band was undeniable.

I am seeing Billy Joel in October. He's been on my bucket list. He's touring with Stevie Nicks, who I saw live back in the 90s.
Nightwish (they were in NY last May but I didn't have the money to travel). They're making a new album so I hope to catch that tour when and if they do it.
Almost saw Elton John, but my mom (who was going to spring for tickets) would only pay for lawn seats, and those were over $70 a ticket so I said no. I told her I'd rather pay more and be able to sit in an actual seat.

I never heard him sing live but I did sell him lightbulbs once. My coworker was an aspiring songwriter who had that day off and he was so upset when he found out he missed the opportunity.

"Write me lyrics this long, starting with that, mentioning these, conclude with those, in style of that person" or just "continue this: blah blah blah..."

Let me start by saying I've seen many of the greats over the past 45+ years, and I count myself as very fortunate to have witnessed so many jaw-dropping moments. I don't wish to sound ungrateful.
That said... I never got to see Zeppelin, Prince, Queen, or Hendrix. My loss.

I can’t tell you how jealous I am (lol) but also how happy it makes me to know this. Thank you. Their music, particularly the Bon Scott records got me through high school (unfortunately he died just before I started high school). I must have seen their Let There Be Rock movie close to a hundred times now…I actually first saw it in the theatre when it first came out (as close as I’ll ever get to seeing him in concert).
