Nothing In a large luxury building for that price in JC. But Harrison or downtown newark/ironbound for sure you can get a newer building with good management.

With your budget, do you mind having a roommate or a place to yourself?
I’d suggest using Craigslist and FB marketplace to find apartments in the Kearny/Harrison/Ironbound section of Newark.

Not even close to downtown, first off the bus thst goes by is not NJTransit, as nd you can see numbers on the light poles which we don’t have, the street is to narrow, and the girl is too fine!!!
