Looks very cool. Can’t wait to see what else they have plan. The upper level can definitely use an upgrade

Half a billion and their big plan is a line of idling trucks?

The whole point of living in Newark vs JC, Hoboken etc. is so you aren’t paying $3000/month for a two bed. Who is going to rent these?

Was part of their focus group and this is one of the ideas. They want to have food trucks around the station as well as seating and more open green space. The city will work with NJtransit to help relocate many homeless people to help with QOL issues.

Some guy that works there was on a dating site trying to set up a sexual encounter with a minor. At least that's what I read on Facebook.

You aren’t at all tripping. These apartments are really small, and really really overpriced for what they’re offering.

I might be tripping but those apartments look depressingly small. Even the 2 bedrooms that go for $3000 aren't appealing.
If a college kid can somehow afford these, then good for them I guess.
More development is always good for Newark

Sharpe James is about to cause a traffic jam, no body bats an eye. Chris Christie has his folks run a traffic study and everyone loses their minds!

Is this part of the Penn redesign? Who was the host of the focus group?
