Sorry for the vagueness, it's been a hot minute since I used them. I was just looking for a psychiatrist at the time and used their services until I found a psych of my own in East Orange but if you're looking for the 1-2 punch of a psychologist and a psychiatrist I would suggest going that route. UMDNJ I and their behavioral health program.

UMDNJ, if I'm not mistaken, has a place you can go to check-in, get evaluated and then set up with a therapist for psychological therapy sessions and a psychiatrist for whatever medicinal therapy you might need.

I'm not a teacher, but I'm a member of AFT and have a lot of teacher friends that I talk to about teaching... what you're saying really sounds like just... teaching, at least in the US. I hear it about all sorts of districts (I don't actually even know anyone who teaches here; it's pretty much all suburbs).

My building is exempt from rent control and they tried to raise mine 12%. I ignored them and they later came back with 6%, but Jesus.
I knew there was trouble brewing when that John Oliver piece quoted that POS talking about there being a shortage in housing. "Then there was footage of Bob Nicolls of Monarch Investment and Management Group gushing over the 'unprecedented opportunity' to 'press rents.' 'Where are people gonna go? They can’t go anywhere,' he reasoned."
If I believed in hell, people like that would be going.

Yup Casa is the tapas place. They have an indoor bar area as well as an outdoor patio with TVs.

I walk from Broad St NJT to Norfolk St via Orange all the time at night. Sometimes even Penn to Norfolk, but usually via Central Ave.
Full transparency, I'm white and have lived in Newark for five years. I stick out like a full moon around here. Other user is correct; basically guaranteed safety during the day. At night, you'll be fine. Just walk like you mean it. No one is usually around, and if they are, they'll be walking like lightning as well.

Reply to Why Newark Is the Worst Major U.S. Airport by madsheb
If one bares in mind that the current configuration of EWR was laid out in the 1970s than it's doing an admirable job. I've been through only three airports, EWR, Minneapolis International, and Tampa International. The last two would be considered decidedly better than EWR fpr most people but honestly I can't say that they blow EWR out of the water. It's a major airport, I'm not expecting much.

Will Iberia have the screen on outside for the Portugal game Monday?
For Brazil the place across the street will probably be popular, Delicias de Minas.

It's like a little suss but 99/100 times you'd be good even really late. Before 10pm I'd say 299/300 times you'd be good. Bad thing would most likely just be uncomfortable not particularly dangerous too like aggressive pan handling or someone shouting at you etc
