It’s more on the back of her head. You can see it better on the other women in the photo. I think it was supposed to be influenced by a nun’s headdress (Catholic hospital).

Personality is about 90% of the game anyway. The fact you said WHEN you were single means it worked out for you. Personalities age far slower than looks and are the much wiser investment.
