I figured the beads must make her the Cyndi Lauper stand-in, but others are hard to discern…is bandanna guy the Bruce Springsteen stand-in or Willie Nelson…?

Yeah, terrible costumes. Front three are Springsteen, Huey Lewis, and Lauper. No idea about the rest.

I couldn't figure out who the guy in the sport coat was supposed to be but now knowing it's Huey Lewis it makes perfect sense.
