I have an almost identical picture. Except I'm wearing a Seahawks hat and my windbreaker suit was turquoise, purple, and pink 😆 same damn flooring even

He was a wonderful man. He passed away when I was 11 years old but I have so many great memories of him.

It’s a trip to think I grew up with many of them on Sesame Street.

Funny you say that. Around the late 40s, he published a novel by the name of 'The Scarf'. It's about a writer who moonlights as a serial killer who strangles his victims with a scarf. Do check it out! It has the seeds for what became Psycho.

Definitely underrated! If you can, read The Scarf(basically where the seeds of Psycho came from). It's about a post world war ii serial killer who strangles his victims with a scarf and is a writer by daytime.

I read some comments from former game show contestants who won a lot of prizes and one of them said that the very first thing they did with the car they won was to sell it back to the dealer and just take the money. He said he owed a chunk for the truck and the 5th wheel camping trailer he won, but he was responsible for the capital gains tax to come. He sold the trailer and made enough to take care of the tax burden.

People use it both ways. I use it more like you but the other way of still counting up is also very common. Almost everyone agrees the day is still their birthday in a sense, it's just whether people say "their 100th birthday" or just "their birthday" after they have died

Respect. I have a lot of things that'd upset some people to say about his abuse of some of his artists but the simple truth remains that if he wasn't the creative genius with the drive that he was, the medium would probably deader than disco.
