This is exactly where the term lunch pail came from! Some had attached lids. Most didn’t, and were covered with a handkerchief, or quilted fabric.

I’ve heard the expression “lunch pail” before, but apparently it was more literal than I realized. They’re all eating out of little metal buckets.

Late 70s nobody escaped the boots, potato chip and satellite buckle. Especially if you're a homegrown Arizonan like myself. I detest boot cut jeans. RODEO DAYS or not, you can't make me wear them.

Sounds great. I'm a little too old to get as enthused as I once might, and I have oodles of other things clamouring for my attention during the non-working hours.

Aww that's too bad. I really enjoyed going to the Atlanta Fantasy Fair and Dragon Con through the years. I have not been in some time but I do hope that I will find one close to me soon that has things I'm interested in.
