Strong little girl and what a kindness during treatment. Nature is what we all need... As much as possible.

AH, that explains the lady trousers = easier to ride.
I wonder where that old bike ended up. My house was built in the 20's and the back yard has this odd mound. I suspect someone buried an old bike there.
If you have more pictures, I'd definitely be interested in seeing them!

Gosh I need new prescription for my eyes or Lasik. I thought that was Drew Barrymore in ET I was trying to remember the scene.

Thanks! That's his Indian cycle back behind them too. He passed lately, been trying to get a post up.
Appreciate those good vibes!

I came here to crack a joke "must be cover for Boy's Life", but then it struck me that your grandma is wearing trousers in the 40's. That's a very bold statement, actually!
Your grandpa has some HUGE hands.
TOTALLY COOL btw!

I'm sorry you feel that way. We can't all agree though so no worries.

Not just the clothing - but that whole background (from the china & collectible plates, the clock under the glass dome and the hutch that smells like lemon pledge ) says 1969.

Yep, Ted worked with my grandfather on and off for 20ish years. Great family friend.

I don't think I ever met you or Henia. Didn't Ted Taormina work for your dad for a bit?

At that time I was an 11ish years old - so if you ever remember a kid tagging along with him or his wife Henia, definitely me haha

My name is Brian and I worked there from 1999 to 2001. I initially was a service writer then went to be parts manager.

Al Burtoni right? I worked at Ferrari Los Gatos and he would come in to buy parts occasionally.

Yo, that'd be way neat to excavate a mount and find a bike. I doubt it'd be in any sort of shape but a pro might be able to salvage it.
No clue where there bike went, literally learned about it today at his funeral.
If I post more pics, prolly an album on imgur I'll try to hit you up about it.
Edit the bike, not there bike.
I am drunk.
