Sticks and stones may hurt my bones, but they will never get me high. I was lucky as fuck to grow up in Seattle before med/legal so we always had legit shit for a competitive price. Even for a fallback we had various grades of commercial Canadian hay or Outdoor keef-rolled NorCal.

You know she got nominated for the best actress Oscar that year? Having nothing to do with her oily husband Robert Evans being president of Paramount at that time.

She is such an icon, you still see women dressing or styling themselves like her. She literally never goes out of style.

Her competition in ‘71. Glenda won it, she’d superb in that film 🎥

Actress Glenda Jackson. Women in Love. Jane Alexander. The Great White Hope. Ali MacGraw. Love Story. Sarah Miles. Ryan's Daughter. Carrie Snodgress. Diary of a Mad Housewife.

It was a transition period. Lots of classic heavy rock like Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple but also Van Halen and Rush were big. We were just starting to get into punk bands like Dead Kennedys and Black Flag. A year later most of us or our friends started playing in bands doing originals based on metal or punk.

In the late 1990s weed became legal in Switzerland for a couple of years. I remember having the luxury to choose between Indoor and Outdoor. Only some 15 years later when I lived in the US I became sophisticated enough to learn about indica and sativa. Wow what a journey.
