I know young women from the 80s are becoming grandmothers now including my wife but this title still kinda stung.

Boy, did we endure horseshit a long time ago and it still happens today. The corporations are better at distraction now with what they do but the song remains the same.

I felt like an emperor god the day I bought my first car with my money. Neither of my kids want a car and my son waited until he was twenty before getting his license. The times, they do change. 🤣

I think it depended on the model..some had stripes with Duster near the front..some had the Duster emblem on the front fender and some had the duster sticker on the rear by the tail lights.

Weird thing is it would usually have a duster or demon sticker just past the door.

I suspect my brother spent a fair chunk of time with it (he's 15 years older than I am, so he didn't live with us when this was taken) though I definitely commandeered it when he brought it over.

I remember this house where we lived in NJ had two cedar-lined closets, too, which I thought was so odd.

HA! I had completely forgotten about until the photo was sent to me and weirdly, my memory was of playing with it at my grandparents house, not mine/my parents (pictured).

Yes, the good old days. Sometimes you see someone post something about how good times were back in the day. Don't believe it. I was there. It wasn't any better. And often worse.
