I've always found her off putting for some reason even in her prime, she definitely stands out, and she's not unattracrtive or anything, but there's just something that doesn't work for me.

If you do surgery and make yourself look deformed, then no, that's nonsense; plenty of women who aged normally are still considered to be attractive and didn't fade away as you say.
