As an Italian i could tell you Celentano is one of the best artists and performer we ever had. This is intended to be gibberish, he started his career covering 50s rock and roll song in gibberish. This was a reminder of his starting carrer

It honestly has the american english cadence. To someone who doesnt understand the language this propably sounds good.
