Like, you have curvy 2 lane backroads with tons of Horse and buggy traffic, tons of traffic lights, and some terribly paved roads that have a 55 MPH speed limit, but then you have 3 lane freeways with perfectly smooth straight roads, no traffic lights, and only motor vehicles that are also 55 MPH only, it just seems like all PA freeways should have 65+ MPH speed limits considering how much better driving conditions they provide.
