Hi, Pennsylvania neighbor! Admittedly, I've not been to The Works but I'm on their website right now and it looks amazing!

Here's the deal with Arnold's. The place is massive and weekend nights are really when it gets fun for adults. They have a full bar and restaurant on the bowling side of the building (the lanes aren't great, definitely not league quality). They have live bands on the weekends and a smattering of pinball machines in the restaurant. HOWEVER, the part that's for kids is kind of an island of broken toys. It just feels a little old and run-down. They've repainted a bunch of stuff, but a lot of their equipment used to have logos from Dutch Wonderland, so definitely second hand.

But I'm not fancy, I love the place and its exactly the kind of clientele I prefer to hang with. I'll just say its not the kind of place that Mom's from the Main Line book their children's birthday parties at, if you know what I mean.

The best is when you have a designated driver. Get a little loose in the bar, then race your friends on the go-karts.

I had to visit a customer once in the middle of winter and they told they would handle the accommodations. Turns out they own a B&B in the middle of nowhere and that is where I would be staying. I'm sure it's nice in the spring but in January during a storm it had an Overlook Hotel vibe. Best part is I'm the only one there. No guest or staff but I'm hearing creaks and groans and I swear voices. Eventually I barricade myself in a room using the old school sliding bolt locks and a chair against the door and somehow fall asleep. At 3am I'm woken by a vivid nightmare which I don't normally have and it felt exceptionally real but took place somewhere I wasn't familiar with. When I get over that and look around the door I bolted and put a chair against is now wide open. Spent the next night sleeping in a chair just inside the front door. Nothing more occurred but never felt right there. I've searched the place since then and never found anyone else bringing up strange events there but not sure how many times people stay there alone.

They need to withhold the correct amount or else they're violating the law. You could have other earned income not from an employer that you have to pay quarterly separately. Basically this is usually from self-employment activities.

It is also municipality based and not county-based as the tax rates are set by municipalities and the earned income tax goes to the municipalities, not the counties.
