It actually doesn't. Every major ski resort and cruise line in the US will house you and pay you. Just between these two simple mentions you have a year's worth of work every single year for as many years as it takes to build a nest egg of cash without needing to buy or rent.

Staying put, buying and renting is the simple life*

Wow. You built a family and bought a house. Way to think outside the box.

Tourism is free housing and if you're in the service industry, an insane amount of money.

You should try speaking from experience rather than inexperience.

A shallow closed mind isn't something you should be carrying around "nowadays".

The Philly sub is filled with a mix of conservative white men who live in the suburbs and do in fact hate the city and yuppies trying to gentrify it who are pissed that the poors who live there for generations wont just disappear. Its a well known thing. The sub is toxic and obsessed with "black male committed crime" posts.

Philly is awesome if you dont cry and wet your pants every time you see a latino guy walk down the street. So ya know, if your normal human its great.

I really think you should read the 15 comments down this chain that I've posted.

You know how they say people live 1000 lives?

That's me. I've lived 1000 lives and have 1000 more to go.

I'm from a poor family in Fayette county and I bet my dog has seen more of the world than most people you know.

Well I live in the area you mentioned and yeah sure it's probably cheap but there's not shit to do here so if you like going out and doing things like idk shopping or literally any type of activity you have to drive at least an hour. Closest movie theater? Half our at least and that the shittiest movie theater I've been to. You want to go to a decent mall? Drive an hour one way. Good restaurant? Probably about an hour. The only thing this area has going for it is the trails. Lots of people drive 2+ hours to come four wheeling here. Oh and bars... Lots of bars and drugs. But that's everywhere.

Spend like 20 min per chapter. Do a chapter a day. When I took it in 2017, it was like 18 questions and you could get 3 wrong. It’s all multiple choice and mostly common sense. The questions are randomized so no two tests are the same. When you take it, just read through the question fully and take your time.

To be very specific, if the house is your father’s house, and your father’s house alone, you can go to to your Dad’s case worker to do a transfer of ownership with proper proof of care, residency and no alternative residence now to transfer the deed from your father to you.

If you wait until after your father passes, and the house was his and his alone, you go through DHS Estate Recovery where you have to prove to them care, residency and no alternative residence,

Other commenters have good points on location. It really depends on what you’re looking for in terms of housing and income. In addition to what you listed Cressona, Schuylkill Haven, Jim Thorpe, Orwigsburg, can be nice and I’m sure have options for your price point.

You should also consider your race and the political landscape in which you’ll be living. PA has sundown towns. In Hamburg for example, there are signs for at least one local white supremacy group.

Good answer to get started! Some people, though, take a bit more time to learn the material. Don't look as it as a test to just pass- study till you absorb, and the answers will come naturally, quickly, and correctly. The day will almost undoubtedly come when that question you went back over becomes a real life situation, and you will know what you need to do. Like others have said, some people are wacked that are out there driving- it could be someone who merely guessed an answer right. Don't be like them, be safe. Accident faults go to drivers who failed to make the correct decision in an emergency situation. Your own life, or that of someone else, may depend on your answers. Keep studying, and you will do fine! Readers, please upvote if you agree...

They did not fuck up the economy. They did add to the debt but no more than the PPP and certainly less than the stupid Trump tax cut. The reality is we have a very strong job market and the stock is the stock market. It goes up and down. The real calamity was the PPP loans that were fraught with fraud and graft. No politician should have been able to get one but it seems so many had there hands out.
