yeah but we have slumlords and people from out of state buying up all our buildings. the house next to mine was bought and sold by three separate companies all based in New Jersey over the last year.

honestly between that and the political ads put out by companies in Texas around elections it really feels like we're getting fucked with. we really need something to replace coal or our towns are on their way out.

Except the fact that the incident occured directly up the hill from the school. I don't think the headline was inflamatory or too misleading. School was in session and they justifiably went into lockdown. Who knows what direction the commotion or bullets would start coming from

If teachers and society pushed you to jump off a bridge would you do it? You have to make and own up to your decisions and do what you want to do. As far as all of this "free" stuff that everyone wants, here's a news flash NOTHING IS FREE. The money has to come from somewhere. The only way to fix things is to get the costs under control but that will never happen because the rich wont get richer.

We do have a way higher number. Not sure why it has to be repeated, you really are delusional about guns

The UK’s violent gun death rate is 0.06 per 100,000. In America it’s 4.43 per 100,000. That’s a 73x difference

First thing Biden isn't ending COVID, it wouldn't surprise me if he vetoes the recently passed bills to end it.

Second the US government is too busy sending resources and money to Ukraine and other countries to care about the American people.

Third if you are in a dead end town with zero opportunities then move. Sitting around waiting for the government's handout isn't going to change your situation. Opportunities don't just fall on your lap you have to go out and find them.

So to actually answer your question. We are heading towards a recession that is probably going to be worse than 2008. Inflation is through the roof which the government could fix but they won't. More and more the elected officials are failing the American people so no there will not be anymore stimulus checks.

Well look at it this way remember the US has over 300 million + people with over 400 million+ guns in it and we only have 10-12thousand some homicides then there’s the uk who has a population of 60 million people with 2 million guns with extremely extremely strict gun laws so those guns are in an exceedingly small group of people so theoretically their gun crime should be damn near zero but it’s not not even close America has more guns than people but only has 10-12 thousand gun homicides so theoretically we should have a way higher number if guns were the issue

I remember one of those bigfoot documentaries the Bigfoot group was bringing out radios that put out weird noises saying "well we need to be able to both scare if off if needed or potentially attract it"

Upon hearing other very similar weird noises in the woods "oh wow listen to that, must be bigfoot! maybe some secret form of communication!"
