I’m from Bucks county, like previous commenter. Its a great area. Are you looking to commute into the city daily? Drive or take train?

Other areas to consider Wynnewood, Ardmore, Narberth, and out to Villanova.

And we already have the top research universities in the world.

Addressing the runaway inflation with public university tuition would be a much more practical and beneficial approach.

I’m not sure a bunch of High School graduates would have split the atom in the 1940’s or got us to the moon within 50 years after the first flight.

This just blows my mind on a daily basis and I find myself also asking what kind of world we live in. My own teenage son was raised to be kind, compassionate, and empathetic, I couldn't imagine why a parent wouldn't want that for their own child.

not in PA, but I was at mt vernon last summer and while we were at washington's old tomb, two bald eagles flew out over the river and perched in a branch right next to the tomb. it was comically patriotic

Saw one a few years back at my parents place (suburbs northwest of Philly). It landed in a stream in their backyard, pulled out a pretty sizable fish, and proceeded to eat it in the lawn. It was so cool!

If you go out to Middle Creek on the LebCo/LanCo border, you'll sometimes see them taking down a snow goose at this time of year. There is also a nesting pair just off the lake.

There are Eagles nests up and down the Swatara Creek in Lebanon County.

Try out by where Vanguard is past Paoli or Malvern in the outer Rt 30 corridor. There is new apartment construction off Rt. 29 in Devault, along with a Wegman's, Target, Wawa, etc. Easy access to 202, 30 and the Turnpike. All within the Great Valley School District. Commuter rail/Amtrak runs roughly parallel to Rt. 30 with stops in Paoli, Malvern and Exton.

Had one in my backyard in SEPA last month. Absolutely huge and beautiful creatures.
