Look up the property tax and county tax. My brother moved to a few places in Pennsylvania that seemed to be cheap until utilities and taxes factored in. Lookup the county website and find the tax collector.
Electricity prices has really gone up in the state.

“Somehow ended up doing 94” While it’s good you owned up, that statement is confusing

My co-worker wanted to move to Reading to raise his son in a more cultured area than our rural slum. He hadn’t moved yet but he spent a lot of time there outside of work until he got shot to death one evening in November.

Pa is a weird one. I moved to York which apparently has like 5x the crime rate of where I used to live but I’ve never seen or heard anything. But I’m sure if you asked about York people would say it isn’t safe as well so it’s all just where in the city you are

Most people tell you to fight it(at least in state tickets) because there is a chance that if you talk to the cop they will usually lower the ticket. Depending on the ticket obviously. You don't ever really beat a ticket. At least that's been my experience with being told to fight a ticket.

Take your family to Knobels Grove.
Free admission, free parking you can bring snacks, although the food is reasonable and you can pay per ride with tickets that never expire or get a ride band. They also have a wonderful spring fed pool.
DO NOT waste the the money taking an infant and 4 year old to HP. You’ll be paying almost $200 to get in even if the kids are free. To do what? You won’t be able to ride rides together.
Save HP for when the kids are older.

You should call your finance company and ask them to send it ASAP to wherever you go. Once they get the title, they’ll call you and you can get your license plate that same day. The registration typically comes within 90 days (or in our case) five days before the temp registration was set to expire 😂

OP literally asked if he should get a lawyer to fight it.
The answer is no. Always pay the ticket if you’re guilty. Trying to fight a ticket where you’re obviously guilty is more likely to result in your punishment getting worse cause the court generally doesn’t like it’s time being wasted.

If you live close enough to the jurisdiction in NJ, you may want to go to court and try to get the fine reduced. Years ago, I used to drive for my job and used to wrack up points. A cop friend told me to go to court and ask to plea bargain. Usually I got 4-5 points reduced to 2. This was in NJ as well. Don't know if it is still the same, but that fine could be a whopper as is. Good luck.

The take umbrage to the notion that morality is secular. They like to steer the narrative as if there is no universal baseline right or wrong. They want it to be only Christians (whatever weird specific bullshit flavor they prescribed to ) are right. Everyone else is wrong.

But do PA residents have to have PA license plates? So many cars in my apartment complex have MD plates, don't see how that's legal. I could be wrong.
