Wikipedia says she describes herself as a left-leaning centrist. I guess if you're not lockstep with all liberal policies you're automatically a conservative.

At this point I am convinced most of our government agencies are a single landline phone to an 86 year old woman named Janice who is half deaf and only answers the phone from 10-2.

I'm confused. How can you see you have something coming from your landlord in the mail a day ahead of time. Genuine question no sarcasm or any other ill will.

Iamsaucerkraut obviously hasn’t spent time looking at land for sale or they’d know it’s very possibly to get what you’re after in PA. Not cheap but possible

This was not caused by a broken axle. The NTSB determined a "wheel bearing in the final stage of overheat failure" was the cause of the derailment. A very preventable issue with regular maintenance and inspection.

Did you now follow the Canadian news on mass graves of native children near Catholic Churches? As a person who grew up Catholic and now abhors this institution I can’t fathom why anyone would think anything Catholic is ok.

None of those rules would have prevented this. This was caused by a broken axle. Simple as that. You’re trying to make this about politics and it’s not. It’s about a broken component on one rail car that rarely ever fails.
