With Dickinson and the law school pretty much closed for the summer, Carlisle will be a bit slower than usual, but there are things to do in town, plus Gettysburg is not far away. If you have a car, DC, Baltimore and Philly are each a bit more than 2 hours distant. HersheyPark is less than an hour away.

If you are into the outdoors, plenty to do. Lots of open space with hiking trails. A big lake is not far off.

Simple question to those who support the death penalty.

How many executions of innocent people becomes an unacceptable amount? Is it acceptable to have 1 innocent person executed? 2? 10?

Ultimately and specifically because of how broken our system of "justice" has become, innocent people will be murdered by the State. Once that happens, there is no moral or legal or acceptable standing to continue.

Since hydrogen chloride rapidly dissociates in water or moisture, it is unlikely that grazing on grass in the affected area will result in health effects to livestock or wildlife. Phosgene will not stick to soil. Instead, phosgene may evaporate into the air or pass through the soil surface and break down in water.
