You’ll file this Sunday but it is very possible you earned too much in three days of work for this to count as your waiting week.
Take your UC benefit and add 30%, that’s your combination rate. If your gross earnings for the week are under that figure, it’s a good waiting week. If it’s over, won’t count as your waiting week.

That was only around for tax year 2020 and exempted the first $10,200 of unemployment benefits.

You better provide us with a follow up dataset/map overlay after this or I will be extremely upset.

My children have been nearly struck 6 times this year alone when the bus stops and they have to cross the road. Drivers do not care and or are on their phones and don’t see the bus stopped and they FLY right passed.

No offense but this kind of idolization is just unhealthy

I mean, I don’t say it like a Bostonian would say “cwawfee”.
But for me, cot rhymes with hot, and the vowel in caught is like “law”. Just like “law” and “hot” have different vowel sounds for me, so do “caught” and “cot”.

We have 106 year old fucking zombies in Congress who are wheeled in to vote then put back in their crypt Till the next one. Now as soon as Fetterman has the first issue we suddenly have to put him out to pasture…

I'm going to start grilling my old college friends who are scattered around PA, my Lehigh Valley pals, and my family in the Harrisburg area about this. I can't say that I've heard any of them come close to approaching the New England-ish "aw" sound, and I've certainly never heard it here in western PA.

Everett has a drug problem so I’d probably stick towards bedford in town or out in the country

There are some restaurants in bedford, there’s a farm to table place and some niche restaurants and a chain or two. I don’t know about a brewery at all though but I haven’t been back since my dad died and that was in 2017. I went to bedford middle and high school and had a decent quality education, graduated top ten, they offered AP courses my senior year, graduated with 120 kids so not too small or too big. My circle of friends ended up being a dentist, a chiropractor, pharmacist, a university registrar and I work in A.I. so I think we had a good starting education. I would say that would be better than Everett or Chestnut Ridge, or Northern Bedford/Tussy Mountain schools.

I’m not necessarily disagreeing with you, but could you please explain to me why you think she could have a successful political future?

I think I remember learning that the “cot-caught merger” (when they sound the same) is actually the younger pronunciation, and said merger is more popular the further west in the country you go, and the younger the speaker.
That said, I say those two words differently and I am young too.

Bedford itself has seen a bit of a resurgence in the last decade or so since the resort was renovated. It's a cool small town with a revitalizing downtown area and is on the upswing.
That being said, you're going to have to drive a bit to find another town on that level. (45+ minutes)
If you want peace and quiet and are okay with knowing you'll need to drive for things like concerts, the arts, or sports; Bedford could be perfect for you. Rural PA has its fair share of plusses and minuses.

Not at all. I'm just on the market for a car actually and read a lot of horror stories, so just trying to see if anyone has anything to share.
