Its not even a little bit curious. It just shows you dont know anything about strokes. Its a common symptom of stroke survivors. Heres a link since you dont know.

None of you are paying attention. If he resigns, it goes to Joanna McClinton. She and the Governor are good friends and you lock in SEPA, the largest region in Pennsylvania. Only way she doesn’t get it is if Shapiro wants it. Then he’s picking a placeholder until the general election. Hell he may require the person to pledge not to run if he’s going to be a candidate.

People really underestimate how expensive late-in-life healthcare is. My grandmother was fairly well off, not rich, but they did well. Her healthcare is going to eat all of her assets, leaving nothing left, she has pretty much exhausted her Medicare, and now they start taking from her assets before she gets more. She could live another decade, but it's not going to be a pleasant existence, I wish I had a way to help.

3M (in today's dollars) is honestly about the minimum, because you will likely reach a point where you will need to spend tens, possibly hundreds of thousands a month in healthcare.

FTFY.

Although payed exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:

  • Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. The deck is yet to be payed.

  • Payed out when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. The rope is payed out! You can pull now.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.

Sure, I'm sure there's plenty of solutions that don't allow the state to endorse a religion. The real problem is that they could never make every important religious holiday a state holiday, so by focusing on certain ones they are establishing certain religions over others which is what makes it unconstitutional.

Something like you suggested may be a valid solution except it is discriminatory against minority religions that don't have many participants in our state. I think that's why to be safe, it's best that the state doesn't endorse any religious holidays at all, and we should instead focus on changing attendance policies in schools and in the work place that allow folks time off for religious purposes.

Just to add context, your criteria of 1% of our state's population of 12.97 million is still over 120,000 folks. That's a lot of people who's religious beliefs wouldn't be validated. Sometimes I think when we think of a population percentage, it's easy to dehumanize folks and obfuscate a number of folks by using statistics... Think of how some folks treated the CDC reported 18.2 percent of folks who died from covid. 🤷

We can figure out how to limit or regulate that in a way that's fair for everyone so religious folks don't get more time off than none religious. It may look like a policy that doesn't involve religion at all, but personal free time in general.

I don't want to say force companies to offer payed personal days out loud but....I think we should fight for payed personal days and time off from school. 🤷Work from home and remote learning is doing a lot to make it easier to stay productive, let's use it.

What other benefits do State holidays give us?

Local news says she stepped out into the street and was hit. The driver (I think female) stopped and stayed at the scene. LE thinks it was just an accident, although the investigation is ongoing. Locals said there is nothing alerting drivers that there’s a bus stop nearby. That’s going on what WPXI said on the evening news @ six.

As a Fetterman voter and a long-time depression sufferer, the timing of him needing help is definitely curious. At the very least, it is a sign that not giving himself time to heal from the trauma of a stroke was probably not wise. I really wouldn't be surprised if politics on this level is not for him. He was being dragged for his stroke, and now he and his family are being dragged over his depression.

>Have you tried calling them just to ask what they’ll do in that situation? It might help put your mind at ease before you buy.

Yea I think I did, but sometimes CS just makes stuff up at some companies lol. So yea, I just wanted to hear from real people. It seems like your situation was pretty good. I was thinking about asking them for a website that I can check the status. It just will really mess me up if I have to park the car for some reason, so hope that doesn't happen. I see some people on the news talk about having to park their car, so that's why I was concerned. Hopefully that's a rare issue and there's ways to work around it. Really glad you had a good experience. Hope mine iss too. Thanks for sharing!
