You need to get past the busy signal and get onto the hold system and there should be an option to get a call back.

Your best bet is to find your local state rep and call, or better yet visit, their office. They have internal help line numbers and can get a resolution much quicker.

With us having a little one I'm not super worried about not being near concerts or sports at this time and if something does come up then we'll make a long weekend out of it.

After working for 45 years living modestly & saving Diligently I am a millionaire. However, I need to live off that money for hopefully the next 40.
