Three Mile Island has been shut down since 2019. It poses no risk and never has to the general public.

All of the nuclear plants are safely monitored and have emergency planning zones in case shit does hit the fan (which it almost never does)

Also, coal plants in the western part of the state are the real dangers. Nuclear just emits harmless steam, coal is a whole different story.

I could go all day talking about this stuff, but you're better off staying wherever you see yourself comfortable.

yes - they should all be put out to pasture. they are not competent. and yet people still vote for them. You get what you deserve.

Feinstein’s memory is “rapidly deteriorating.” The 88-year-old lawmaker has, at times, seemed to have difficulty recognizing longtime colleagues, recalling conversations and complicated policy, and “can no longer fulfill her job duties without her staff doing much of the work required to represent the nearly 40 million people of California,”

Thought of it, but desantis is wolf in sheep’s clothing - evidence he tortured people at Guantanamo which I don’t support (no I’m not a crazy right-wing nut!) and the hurricanes are getting worse. Surprisingly Miami is just about as expensive as NYC now too! Still would like to visit there though. sigh really no perfect place!
