Before my building switched to pay by phone I was able to get rolls of quarters from customer service at Shaws.

I can testify to the customer service person annoyed with me on couple of occasions. Before coin shortage, wasn't as bad.

I would just take my ass to a laundromat, it’s bullshit for a landlord to nickel and dime people this way if your paying rent at a place, I wouldn’t be inclined to give them anything extra

OP i have the best solution for you and landlord..win win...if no one has mentioned yet.
I had the same issue so the 1st of every month, or when my landlord stopped by to get quarters, I wld give him 20-40 dollars in bills (or how much you spent in a month to do laundry) to get back the same amount in quarters.

Oh man, I meant to go this summer but never made it! Thank you for the reminder! (:
Edit: I guess I was a little iffy about the idea of going to a show in a parking lot beside a fairly busy roadway too! Is it really pretty cool?

Thank you! I’ll have to give Dusk a shot! It is the closest to me, but Askew is pretty walkable for me too. Thank you very much!! Is Dusk pretty heavy (primarily types of metal), or is it all types of good ole rock?

What about a car wash that has manual bays? They have change machines. Or an arcade? If you can find one!

Reply to Asbestos in schools? by [deleted]
Do you have access to the records you name? That records on this have not been updated means nothing, since it is possible that all asbestos containing materials may have already been removed over the course of the many years since it was recognized as a problem. White ceiling tiles are very common even in new facilities. Even a professional very familiar with matters surrounding asbestos in buildings would call for a laboratory test for asbestos containing materials before getting concerned about the existence of such. You may be able to get an engineering report on the matter for a specific school by working through whichever state office provides engineering services for schools.
