Get a tour of the state house. You can see the original royal charter that founded the colony. It’s pretty cool.

That might be OK with your sleeping neighbors out in Burrillville, but not in the city. And when you grow up and are deaf, you might re-think the whole “loud is cool” thing …

It’s been a long time since the coopers gone, but that’s li(f)e, just the drumming to the human death dance my friend.

I'd just recommend it remain the RIDE/URI Providence building. It worked well for that.

Have a governor who is less informed about the issues facing the community. The governor needs people in those kinds of positions because one single person can't manage an entire state by themselves.

From the article:
"By Allison Shinskey
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The state is seeking ideas for the Shephard Building on Westminster Street as the Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) and the University of Rhode Island (URI) Providence Campus prepare to move out.
Laura Hart, a spokesperson for the Department of Administration, said the six-story building is worth roughly $10 million.
Hart said the building once housed a department store but has been owned by the state since 1995."

As a skin cancer patient, I get an exemption from the DMV which is completed by my Dr. They allow a very small percentage tint on the upper portion of your windshield, and the passenger windows. If you can prove you have a medical condition, the tint is legit.

In Arizona the vast majority of cars have tinted windows , I have a friend who does NOT have tint and he stands out like a sore thumb.

Pretty sure that problem was already exposed, which is why they made the position in the first place.

Battleship Cove is pretty cool, mostly inside (still cold but not super cold), and it's not busy this time of the year.

Do you really need or expect privacy in a car while driving from one place to another?

I’ve lived all over the northeast, down into DC metro, Florida, mid-west, and Mountain West. I get that people in the northeast are more direct, but that’s not the sense of entitlement I’m talking about. It the “you should be doing XXX for me because I feel important”. You mention the snow blowing, last year I shoveled out my neighbors drive twice, they saw me, and said nothing, even when we had that blizzard. RI is not like any other place that I’ve lived, not even other parts of the Northeast, like Vermont.

There are other benefits to tint besides vanity, like keeping the car interior cool and to prevent reflections entering the vehicle. Yes, there are people that take advantage of the tint and black their windows out but there are people who genuinely just want to have legal tint but these laws are too strict.
Just like anything people will take advantage of any situation and it screws over the others, which is unfortunate.
