Everyone should go to tacobell and then make a deposit at his door, on the door, on the windows, just about anything basically.

They are sweethearts. Used to go to LJ’s often. My friend used to live one door down from their original place and sitting in his apartment smelling that food while baked off our asses was bliss and torture.

I think they should renovate his home until it's up to the same standard he maintains in his rentals.

My mom used to live on the corner of Cowessette and Coit avenue's and her landlord was illegally renting his basement to her. She didn't know this and when it was found out she ended up losing her place to live. He was a real asshole-he killed two of our cats because he didn't like them and screwed me out of $500 pay when I worked for his pool installation company (I was helping her with the rent-I guess he figured since it was going to him anyway it was OK to not bother paying me).

This is eerily similar to what I endured as a tenant in Providence some years ago. These men dont give a fuck. They want their money even if their houses are dilapidated and hazardous. He won't pay up and fix a thing until he is forced to do so with a series of lawsuits, which are expensive to fund and time consuming. This guy isn't the only one doing this to Prov tenants. My slumlord was from MA, too. Collected 5 grand a month from a house filled with mold and lead. Wish the state would get involved. I'm glad their voices are being heard. I dont miss living in Providence.

Yea those speed cameras are a bummer, thankfully I was not caught with one of those. I have driven all over the east coast and RI has the worst drivers I have seen to be honest.

The reason I got pulled over is that university cops are complete dicks most of the time, they're wannabe police officers. And I'm assuming that guy was trying to fill a quota or something because he told me right away how to get the ticket dismissed in court, so he was nice for that.

Han Palace in Warwick. Go at night, drink a few middling but insanely cheap tiki drinks and get the teriyaki wings. Great combo, cheap as hell. 10/10 cheap dive drunk food experience imo.
