Solar Cannabis Slumber gummies. Nothing helps me sleep. These do.
All the others sleep gummies have melatonin, which just makes me sweat and have weird dreams

Ughhh yes “keep Richmond rural / say no to solar” everywhere. Classic nimby shitlib nonsense imo. Vote down renewable local generation then cry when the power grid is still 90% dependent on gas. Thanks guys. (Not cool with razing forests for solar arrays tho, but using brown fields should be a given)
FWIW we have oil heat with a wood stove backup. The solar was still worth it. Basically the monthly finance cost for 7 years to pay off the array is the same as our average monthly electric bill was pre rate hike. With the array lifetime of 25-30 yrs and add the 30% Fed tax credit to the installation cost and it’s a no brainer especially if you can time it with when you need a roof replacement. That is if your tree removal gives you enough light exposure.

In 2023 RI was listed as top 3 states for influx movers. Add that with well to do young professionals commuting into Boston who are gladly willing to pay the cheap price of 650k for a home(compared to greater boston home prices) and you have a huge problem.

I know for the casino it was like 2k to rent the place. So I’m sure not that much

You don't say what your expectation or your price range are. Are the prices truely high or are the expectations of what you can get for what you want ro pay high? I'm on house purchase #3 (own 1, not a land lord). They all needed work, even the 'brand new' house needed customizing. Are you looking for a specific neighborhood, school district, number of bedrooms? What is it that you find is expensive?
I ask because I look at real estate often and there are bargains out there.

Highly recommend you learn to shuck (it’s not as hard as you think!) and find a good seafood market. The cost savings is unreal.
