FWIW, Trek Bikes' retail strategy has been a bit predatory and you may want to look into it a bit more before patronizing them. They have a habit of freezing out independent shops, not allocating Trek bikes for them to sell, buying them out when their business drops, then converting it to 100% Trek sales. For example, the former NBX Warwick is now Trek Warwick. NBX Warwick used to carry Trek, Scott, Santa Cruz, Cervelo, and a dozen other niche brands. Now the Trek store just sells Trek. In my opinion, that's a loss for the biking community as a whole.

I grew up in a town nearby there which is how I know it. I’ve tried their crispy tofu, crispy spring rolls, garden salad w peanut dressing (super underrated and refreshing!), Hot Basil Noodle, Yellow Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice (probably the best I’ve had anywhere), Drunken Noodles & Pad Thai. I recommend them all! They are very vegan friendly as well even though their menu doesn’t quite reflect that, and can make pretty much anything vegan by request which can be hard to find with Thai food specifically.

Lil far, but Dash Bicycle on Broad St in Providence is fantastic. And the breakfast burritos from the coffee shop attached to it are worth going with my husband every time he needs another bike part.

Will second Stedman’s in Wakefield. They’re the best in the area. NBX in Narragansett is good too

Trek has shops in Warwick close to Cranston line and also EP

Aroy is typically a takeout place, not normally sit down. Don't let that deter you.

Thongs wings are fireeee, and their lunch portions are kinda small but the best deal out there for price. I dont have an issue with their dinner sizes. A normal noodle/rice dish plus 1 app can be 2 meals every time for my wife, and almost 2 for me.
