I found ice on the INSIDE of my windows the morning. Basically the condensation dropped down to the bottom of the pane and the glass was cold enough for it to freeze. Inside.

I think it’s refreshing. Even took my lab out for a long walk because my snowflake kids wouldn’t do it. It wasn’t bad. Certainly not the coldest weather I’ve ever been in. At least it was nice and sunny.

Oh, you know this person is poor? How?

Show me where I rationalized her kicking in the door with a gun. I clearly said that was foolish and she should have called the cops. The fact that she felt the need to be armed and accompanied makes me wonder what sort of interactions they'd already had.

You just hate landlords, and if non paying renters cause her to be evicted, will you then stick up for her?

Living due south of Bradley, west of Quonset I see/hear military traffic several days a week. Fighters, cargo planes, black hawks, Chinooks. Pretty sure the fighters use the lake as a land mark, hear lots of pairs heading north to south change direction.

They always have something going on. Drills drills drills

My dog begged to go out and promptly got walloped in the face by two bitter gusts of wind. And noped back inside. Good thing he’s paper trained!

We’ve tried a pond near Narragansett boat club today. The water level is about 2-3 feet. The ice near the road (10 feet) was sick enough to carry an adult weight but the middle part was less promising. Besides, we could see movement of underwater plants. My last hope is Sunday morning. Canadians suggest ~4 days for a shallow pond with 15F on average.

I used to go to the Downcity location (Custom House St?), and it was always borderline unprofessional. Like, managed by someone who was just sort of figuring it out as they went along. And the donuts were ok but not great. I went to PVDonuts instead, if I could.
