Nah most landlords found a way to evict people for reasons other than non payment also most tenants who did use the moratorium got rent relief which was a landlord bailout.

I met Emma Watson when she was checking out PVD, considering going to Brown. Her Dad asked me about this City's arts scene. I said, "without the arts (RISD, Trinity Rep, AS220, Wilbury Group, Metal Works, PVD Black Rep), this town would be Fall River."

He didn't know what Fall River means. So I translated to Brit. "Without that Arts, PVD would be Bolton." He understood that. Bolton is a Mill Town that couldn't adapt.

This is really useful to know because I do like the idea of being on the outer edges of the city. I was in gang territory in SF and they kept to themselves. But knowing that the commute is so short is helpful. I've been considering Atlantic City for the same reason. I just want a place where the weather is better than Portland OR but it sounds like literally anywhere is better.

i was surprised. narragansett rentals often go by the school year cause people can make bank renting homes in the summertime.
