Sorry but much better layer 1 communication mediums exist. TCP/IP over piss would not be very efficient.

I often imagine some scenes from books as similar to certain places I know. A random neighborhood might be like my neighborhood, and I might imagine the layout of a character’s house as similar to my own.

You can be both. Why people love to reassure themselves to stay mediocre? Even looks can be changed for the better (not talking about surgery).
