Sooort of, it's not nearly as impressive as it sounds. Yeah I'm constantly "in the moment", but I too experience the flow state and it's quite different from my normal state of mind.

Some might argue they'd kill for being able to live in the present, but I'd kill to be able to play back my memories in my mind, instead of having a "list of things I've done" kind of memory.

All that being said, I did go through a depressive period when I realized this, but now I've come to see it in a different light.

A human has an instinct to always desire the best for one self and it is impossible for a normal human being to be free from expectations - from any person or even from the universe itself. Any human will always have expectations and desires..which is principally why humans have made it so far from the stone age. Which is also why such an unconditional love is always mythical. Even the love of parents and children is not unconditional...parents unconsciously project onto children their wishes..For a person's love to be truly unconditional and authentic it cannot be limited to one person but a man who has truly shed all ego, loves everyone the same.
