fists are really crap weapons. hands break easily.
we've been successful due to tools so a display of "i do not have a dangerous tool" is an obvious evolution to indicate "I am no threat" to another human

A depressed person can't relax when doing nothing or a simple task that doesn't require focus, it makes them more depressed(stressed), in part because it activate the default mode network in the brain. Depression makes depression worse in so many ways.

Its possible to care about such issues and not be compassionate, or be compassionate and not care about such issues.

Depends on where they are located ig. In places like Cali, that's probably true, but in Ohio (LMAO I live in Ohio joke about it), its still considered a lot of money.

I mean, it has its power to where you can do certain things with it faster; you can't discount it as an input mechanism entirely. Now, should people rely on it yes? Absolutely, 100 percent yes. But for quick selection of a specific word or words clumped on a screen at once, mouse can be quite useful...

I mean, that and I'm dealing with literally dozens of objects and variables at a time, how the ide know which I meant? Some are named similarly, making getting to the specific one through typing non trivial...
