Exactly. Like why would people even want to claim credit for this extremely obvious trivial bullshit?

Not fairly easy to avoid. 2/3 of the global population has HSV1 and 1/6 HSV2.
If you’re scared of both, you’re cutting your dating pool much smaller than someone with it. 80-90 percent of people that have it are asymptomatic. I’m one of them and doing just fine.
FYI chickenpox is also a lifelong illness. So is mono. We don’t think anything about those.

How are you supposed to find those random sites?
BTW, I miss webrings.
The internet was a lot more interesting when you had to create your communities.
It's not unlike what occurred to WoW.

Then being neurodivergent is average.

The actual News take about an hour or so to report everyday. All the shows around that are editorial shows that tell you exactly what the solutions could be depending on your preferential tie color.

Same thoughts here, humans are severely underrated in terms of survivability, and adaptability. We're in every continent for a reason.

Agree to disagree. I think a lot of gray area situations are not likely to happen like making the train run over 5 people or 1. I think think a lot of your main defining characteristics are what you wake up and do each day and how you try to impact society.

I knew cold sores were caused by herpes, but for a long time, I thought “cold sores” were a different condition known as “canker sores” and thought that I had oral herpes only to find out later that canker sores were an unrelated thing.

Ngl I've seen videos on YouTube of people laughing at weird Amazon reviews and questions/answers

Yeah that's literly it, iv had multiple anti vaxers in my family, and it's either fox news, or some outdated news post 12 years ago that says kids could get autism (which I would think to be better then a terminal illness but whatever)

Somebody please get this person some interesting things to do on the internet.
Like did you know there used to be a server called “towel.blinkenlights” with some other domain where if you connect using the “telnet” protocol, it plays a little movie someone made with ascii art? There are a ton of awesome places on the internet like that, but they are hard to find. Who else has some classic stuff?

But the reason “libraries are basically pointless these days” is because most of what is available at the library is also available on the internet.
For your point to hold, you would have to say that libraries were basically pointless 60 years ago.
Not to mention that the “repository of knowledge” thing is only one other part of the internet.

Well that can’t be, because countless people on instagram and Reddit explain that they are “neurodivergent.”

Simplex 1 and simplex 2. Both can infect both locations. One is usually the lips and the other is usually downstairs.
But yeah, they're both herpes. And both a life long illness. And fairly easy to avoid. If it's got blisters, don't touch.

I also learned this too late in life. When I was in school, we covered STDs just like anyone else does. But they never mentioned "if you kiss someone with a blister on their lips, you may be stuck with something FOR LIFE".
Thankfully, I seem to have avoided it anyway.
