I'm not of the opinion that greed alone is bad. Without it life would be miserable.
But there does seem to be a type of short sighted, self serving greed that I think is without merit.

I can get $100 by working for a few hours, or I can get $100 by robbing someone. Both actions are motivated by greed, but one moves the world forward, and one moves the world backwards.

Ok, but that's confusing for lay people. If anyone reads this comment and gets confused, all those viruses are in the herpes family. When we talk about herpes in everyday speak, we are only talking about herpes simplex 1 and 2. This is separate to the virus that causes chicken pox and shingles.

As someone who regularly handles £50 notes, I can say that this is very true. Larger denominations are much more well kept, but this is likely due to the fact that fewer people will have handled them, so there's less chance for them to get crinkled up and damaged. And the fact that it's usually businesses that hand them into banks and post offices as opposed to individuals making deposits.

Lower denominations like £5, £10 and £20 notes are handled by the public a lot more frequently, so there's more chance for those notes to get damaged or worn down.

We’re here only because those mass extinctions occurred. Many of our physical features are a result as well. We can eat and breathe at the same time because our ancestors survived the great dying. we have thumbs because the small mammals that outlived the Dinos found a niche eating fruit in trees, also resulting in our lack of onboard vitamin C production

I don’t know, there was the wheel, and now there’s cars. Then there were cars, and soon there will be flying cars. We as humans are constantly growing and adapting, learning new things every day. I mean sure we’re not building empires or creating the next wonder of the world anytime soon, but we’ve advanced so far in terms of weapons and civilization, to prevent as much innocent casualty as possible. We’ve only just started exploring that the sky is no longer the limit, quite literally, and that’s not something even Alexander the Great was able to accomplish.

Yes there are finite resources, but there are still more than enough finite resources for absolutely everyone to have an abundance of them, there's enough food, oil, shelter and luxuries that each person could live comfortably and without worry. However like you said, human greed is probably the worst thing that can happen in society

Researchers using genomic data place the latter date around A.D. 1000. So Christopher Lee's royal lineage is unexceptional: because Charlemagne lived before the isopoint and has living descendants, everyone with European ancestry is directly descended from him.
