Tell that to anybody who went through any fertility assistance and see how fast they skip out on ever talking to you again. Many people put years of their life and tens of thousands of dollars into things like this before adopting. I'd hardly call that skipping anything.

Tell that, as well, to anybody who has undergone the adoption process, the forms, the interviews, preparing your home and having it scrutinized repeatedly to see if you are worthy of doing something that many people stumble into accidentally, and for which you are doing as much or more preparation than a lot of biological parents put in.

Think before posting a shower "thought", and do us a favor - if you're lucky enough to have kids, teach them to be better by looking at more than a narrow-range viewpoint on the world.

Why would that be any more pointless than a scale like Celsius? Instead of hotter things being denoted into the millions of degrees, they would just be into the minus millions.

There would just be an upper limit to the number instead of a lower one

Lol I wish I was a stay-at-home parent!

I'm a single mom, currently working from home 🥴 There is indeed very little time in the evening for us to come together, just a couple hours really. And I have to start the bedtime routine with my youngest around 7:00 so it cuts the evening short.

Also sounds like you guys have about an hour of school work the kids need to do at home? My son easily has at least 2 hours of work every night. He's in middle school. I'm sure that will increase once he reaches high school. He's a smart kid and works independently well, but he gets so bored with the subjects because it's all so easy for him - and it still takes him a long time to complete things.

It is difficult finding a balance. I'm really glad that you guys are able to balance your routine as well as you can. That's all we can really do 💜

Species don’t learn to coexist, natural selection takes care of that.

Again, it’s not peace, because peace is a human concept. Therefore peace couldn’t exist without humans. What you are talking about is existence, a fully balanced eco system.

And the lion will still eat the gazelle and male butterflys will still force themselves on the females, so many of them die during sex. Doesn’t make it war. A clownfish coexisting with an anemone is not peace, it’s evolution.

Peace is a decision. But it only works if everyone decides on the same thing

I recently started taking protein powder and developed cold sores. I have since learned protein powder contains Arginine which can cause cold sores to develop. Now, I've added Lysine supplements which is supposed to help counter against the Arginine. I did, however, always know that the cold sores were herpes and they are unpleasant.

Temperature is NOT, a measure of internal kinetic energy. Because of the current convection we have, where absolute zero represents a state where molecules have zero speed, and +infinity where molecules have a high speed. It has a correlation with kinetic energy, which in this system is direct proportionality, but we could just as easily have defined the convention the other way, and the only difference would be that our equations would have 1/T rather than T (for temperature)
